Calin Stoianovici

Calin is your Canadian connection in Punta Cana and his mission is to provide you with the best support in finding your dream home in the Punta Cana area. He is Broker/Owner of Dream Realty Group DR.

Born in Romania, Canadian citizen and Dominican Republic resident, Calin is a citizen of the world. Fluent in English, Spanish and Romanian, he held various positions in the Entertainment industry throughout the world.

Having visited DR since 2007, he found his new home in Dominican Republic where he permanently moved in recent years to the North Coast of the island to follow his passion for Kiteboarding. He soon discovered and fell in love with Punta Cana and didn’t take him long before he purchased a property here and started his career in Real Estate.

Keeping his strong ties with Canada where his son and grandson live, Calin has been very active within the Canadian expat communities in Cabarete and now Punta Cana. Sean Hoehn

Sean has been an International Real Estate advisor and investor for over 25 years with experience in
Canada , Europe, USA and the Caribbean and has successfully negotiated over 700 transactions.
Sean attended Ryerson University with a specialization in Marketing, he also completed the Executive
leadership program at Oxford University in England and the program on Negotiations at Harvard Law
School in Cambridge Massachusetts.
Sean has been involved with various boards and committees over the years. Sean has also served as the
President of the National Club, Chairman of the House of Committee and sat on the Board of Directors
for 9 years. Sean is affiliated with many organizations and clubs, is a long-time supporter of Boost, Child
& Youth Advocacy along with other charities and has a special appreciation for the Art Gallery of

Haydee Cruz

Haydee recently joined our team. After spending over twenty years abroad working in Sales & Marketing for luxury hotels in the Maldives, Thailand, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Venezuela and in her home Dominican Republic, she is back enjoying her paradise in Punta Cana. Fluent in Spanish and English, Haydee’s fascination for connecting with people from different cultures and backgrounds, made her decide to be part of our team. Her love for her country and pride of her Dominican heritage is what makes her a great fit for our  multicultural team.

Heidi Hautain

Hi, my name is Heidi Hautain, born and raised in Vancouver British Columbia. I’ve lived for the last 10 years in Southwestern Ontario after retiring from 22 years of Nurse Auxillary. I’ve successfully  worked in Aviation and Hospitality industry where client satisfaction is critical.
My wonderful husband and I recently purchased our dream home  in beautiful Punta Cana.
I have joined Calin's team at Dream Realty Group to pursue my new journey as a Realtor. Throughout my career I have developed a very diversified and intensive knowledge in the hospitality industry. My main goals and objectives in these fields of activities is a great sense of client service, an impressive attention to detail that makes a DIFFERENCE.
